What information Linkcorp collects on behalf of Businesses, participating in the MyHighStreet app network (“Suppliers”)

Required Information You Give to Us to open your account

We receive and store any information you enter on our platform and it is listed on the registration form. This includes information that can identify you ("personal" or “business” information), including first and last name, business name, company and VAT number if applicable, telephone number, country, email addresses,  and address where the business or the organisation operates or person resides

The above information is required to be able to open an account for your business and give you access to the dashboard and admin panel.

To receive payments, you will need to open a Stripe account.

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI SERVICE PROVIDER LEVEL 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.

Why and how do we use your personal data?

We only use your information where you have given us your consent, where it is necessary to deliver the services you have requested, where it is necessary to exercise or comply with legal rights or obligations, or for normal business purposes of the kind set out in this policy. At all times we handle your data in strict compliance with GDPR regulations.

How do we keep your personal data secure?

Keeping your personal data secure is our highest priority. We limit access to only those Suppliers who have to come into contact with your information in order to deliver the services or products you have purchased.

Unfortunately, no website or app can guarantee complete security but we have created an organisation-wide security programme designed to keep your personal data as safe as possible. It uses a range of technical, organisational and administrative security measures and best-practice techniques, depending on the type of data being processed. For example, the computer systems we use to store your data have access limitations and in-cloud based servers that use industry-standard disc encryption. We use TLS and HTTPS encryption to protect your personal data when we transfer it across the internet.

How long do we store your personal data?

We only keep your data for as long as we need it or are required to for legal reasons. After that period we will either delete the data securely or anonymise it so that  it does not identify you. We treat data differently depending on what it is used for.

When is your information accessed by third parties?

The Linkcorp Platform only allows your personal information to be accessed where you

  1. ask us to,
  2. where it is a necessary part of doing business with you and providing you with the services, or
  3. where we need to for legal reasons.

The Suppliers you book with MyHighStreet app network have access to your data in order to provide the service or product you have purchased.

Where do we store your information?

We store the information we collect from you on secure servers in various locations, depending on where you are in the world when you access our Platform.

These servers are provided and/or supported by licensed third parties, carefully selected by us who are fully compliant with GDPR rules.

What are your choices and rights?

If you have a MyHighStreet account, you can access, edit or delete personal data associated with your profile at any time by going to your Profile.

You also have rights in relation to the personal data we have about you, which we explain in more detail below. You can exercise these rights by getting in touch with us by emailing us at

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data; to correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data; and to obtain the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, machine readable format. In addition, you can object to the processing of your personal data in some circumstances, for example where we do have to process the data to meet a contractual or other legal requirement. Where we have asked for your consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

These rights may be limited, for example if fulfilling your request would reveal personal data about another person, or if you ask us to delete information which we are required by law or have compelling legitimate interests to keep. If you have any unresolved concerns, you have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

While no online service is 100% secure, we work very hard to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, and take reasonable measures to do so. We monitor our Services for potential vulnerabilities and attacks.
